Sidewinder makes an exhibition of itself

Recently, I've had the chance to spend time on some of the more presentational aspects of Sidewinder and this work has led to the addition of the Sidewinder Application Gallery to the installer. The purpose of the Application Gallery is to act as a showcase for the many different kinds of application that can run in Sidewinder.

We've kicked things off with just a few straightforward SSBs, but more complex XForms and javascript applications will be added as I get a chance to polish each of the various samples that have been accruing on my disk and in source control over the last three years. And, because the Application Gallery is based on an RSS feed from our servers, it will continue to be updated after installation without the need for updating Sidewinder itself.

If you want to try the Application Gallery yourself, first you'll need to download and install Sidewinder. You can then run it by clicking on the Sidewinder Application Gallery shortcut in the Sidewinder folder on your programs menu:
